Community Connections
The Community Connections Program provides children and adolescents with 200 hours of intensive training, experience, and practice in social, emotional and behavioral skills, allowing them to make friends and learn to better connect with peers, siblings, teachers, and parents/caregivers. Children participate in multiple small group-based social skills training sessions, followed by age-appropriate recreational, academic and job activities designed to practice those skills learned in the social skills training session.
Eligibility: Community Connections is designed for children and adolescents entering grade 1- age 16 with social interaction difficulties related to high functioning autism spectrum disorders or other disabilities (involving underdeveloped social abilities). Apply today!
Summer Treatment Program (STP)
The Summer Treatment Program (STP) is our premier program for children and adolescents with ADHD. STP provides a unique camp-like experience giving children the opportunity to spend the day playing sports and engaging in recreational and social cooperative activities with children their age. They will also participate in daily social skills training, arts and crafts, and spend 1.5 hours per day in a classroom setting working on behaviors to promote academic success.
Eligibility: The STP is open to children and adolescents ages 7-13 with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, learning problems, and related behavior problems. Apply today!
