Leadership Giving

In addition to annual gifts, The Summit Center relies on leadership gifts to achieve its mission of making lives better. Leadership gifts, gifts of $1,000 or more, have the greatest impact on the individuals we serve. They enable us to continue to grow our vital programs and services.

Consider joining one of our giving societies:

CEO’s Circle: Annual gifts of $1,000 or more

  • Invitation to our annual donor appreciation reception
  • The opportunity to take a tour of Summit with our CEO
  • Acknowledgment in our annual report
  • Invitations to other special events

Friends of Summit: Annual gifts of $500 – $999

  • Invitation to our annual donor appreciation reception
  • Acknowledgment in our annual report

What are your primary responsibilities at Summit? As Director of Development, I oversee Summit’s fundraising efforts, including donations, corporate sponsorships, grants, and special events. State and county funding do not provide the resources needed to effectively operate all of Summit’s valuable programs and services. I work closely with the development team, the CEO, and Board of Directors to close the gap.

Boards/Organization Involvement: Western New York Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Why do you do what you do?  I love connecting new supporters to the incredible work that my colleagues do. Many people in our community do not realize the life-changing impact that Summit has on the children and adults we serve, and on their families.
