Respite

Whether it’s dinner and a movie or an opportunity allowing parents to catch up on their laundry, The Summit Center’s respite care services are designed to give families a break from caring for their children with special needs.

The Summit Center provides a wide array of after school, evening, and in-home respite care services for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

What makes all of Summit’s respite programs unique from others is its rigorous staff training and highly individualized understanding of the children we serve. In addition, Summit employs a highly-trained staff with staffing ratios that are necessary to ensure the best respite care possible.
